Dasaria materials are not authorized for independent development, modification, publication, distribution, or incorporation into other projects without the express written permission of the copyright owner. Individuals who may possess copies of Dasaria materials are respectfully requested to refrain from creating derivative works, continuing development efforts, or redistributing such materials unless authorization has been granted.

The Dasaria campaign setting consists of a substantial body of original creative expression, including but not limited to fictional locations and regions, cities, settlements, kingdoms, characters, worldbuilding materials, literary works, maps, artwork, quests, dialogue, game content, software files, source code, scripts, databases, design documents, and related creative content. Originally created in 2002, the Dasaria setting has been continuously protected under applicable copyright law and exists in both published and unpublished forms.

This notice is intended to preserve and protect the creative work, history, and continuity of the Dasaria setting while ensuring that future development occurs in a manner consistent with the rights of its creator and the long-term interests of the Dasaria community.
